  • Can I buy a bed on your website?
    Cottage Kid's Furniture is a wholesale furniture dealer, selling only to approved vendors. Please contact us at liz@cottagekidsfurniture.com and we would be happy to recommend a retailer to you.
  • How do I become a dealer?
    Please email us at liz@cottagekidsfurniture.com. We will send you information to get approved as a dealer.
  • What is your warranty policy?
    Cottage Kids offers a 30 day warranty for any defective items. The 30 day warranty period starts upon delivery of the product. Please email us photos of the defective items and the part numbers. If we verify that the issue is a manufacturer defect and not shipping damage, we will ship the replacement parts needed and cover the shipping costs.
  • Do you have a drop shipping fee?
    Yes. There is a $10.00 drop ship fee per bed, regardless of the number of boxes.
  • Do you provide shipping labels?
    No. Dealers must provide shipping labels. All of our beds can ship via Fed or UPS Ground. Please email us the FedEx or UPS labels as required for your drop shipping order. Package weights and dimensions can be found on our “Drop Ship” spreadsheet.
  • Do you deliver to APO/FPO’s or PO Boxes?
    Cottage Kids cannot deliver internationally or to APO/FPO’s or PO Boxes. If you would like to place an order for these types of addresses, we can ship the orders to you and you can ship the order to the final destination. In the events of any issues with the original shipment, we will also ship any damage or defective items to you and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees even in the case of a manufacturers defect.
  • What do we do if a bed is damaged during shipping?
    If a box is damaged during shipping, dealers are responsible for submitting claims for shipping damage and ordering a replacement box. Cottage Kids will ship a replacement box with the shipping label submitted by the dealer.
  • How can I contact you?
    Dealers please contact us directly with any questions at (408) 669-2997 during normal business hours (M-F, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST). You can also email us at liz@cottagekidsfurniture.com. We can usually respond quicker to emails than to voicemails.
